Catalino Punzalan serves as the vice president and controller for CAMAC International. Mr. Punzalan manages the preparation and submission of all CAMAC financial statements for the state and federal regulators, oversees all work with independent auditors and coordinates international and operations accounting for CAMAC. He has extensive experience developing international accounting protocols and procedures and provides strict regulatory compliance and financial transparency for all CAMAC international affiliates. He has more than 16 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Previously, he worked as a bank internal auditor. Mr. Punzalan is a certified public accountant in Texas and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from San Beda College, Manila Philippines.
