Kamoru Lawal is the chief financial officer and senior vice president of CAMAC International. Mr. Lawal manages CAMAC’s investment portfolio and directs the mergers and acquisitions activities for the holding company. He has responsibility for the company’s oil trading activities in London and oversight of the majority shareholding in a South African corporation. Mr. Lawal formerly served as the controller for Baker Kase Investments, a real estate mortgage and investment company. He holds a bachelors degree in accounting from Texas Southern University and is a graduate of the Rice University Executive Management program.
